The day i became a ninja~

On the 23rd and 24th February, we had a J-Obsession ( Japanese event ) at The Cathay, Singapore and of course, the highlight was cosplay!
After cosing as Gakupo from Vocaloid and Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji last year, i actually had a few characters in mind for my next project but just out of the blue, a not so popular but one of my favourite characters just popped into my head and so i've decided to do him,
Sai, from naruto shippuden
Basically, Sai is quiet and lonely in nature and begins to learn how to be a person after finally leaving his master ( who's evil ) and joining Naruto's team.
I had my REAL hair cut and dyed just for this, it's quite a big sacrifice on my part don't you think? ='//
I also made my sword and sheath all at a bookstore! Thanks to Kiri and
And here is my cosplay, Sai.
The centre of attraction, an oversized chopper!
And the Contestants of the cosplay competition, all of them were awesome!
I did not win but nevertheless it was a big experience for me and i'll continue to work hard! =DD
I noticed that i don't have really nice photos of my cosplay, so i've decided to take some time during my next holidays ( in june ) to have a professional photoshoot of all my cosplays! And my next cosplay project is on it's way, i'm so excited to share with you guys, i'm sure alot of you will be surprised ( im finally doing this character after many requests ).
On a side note, i've made a new piano cover as requested by a friend of mine, i hope you'll all enjoy it =))
I have a couple more requests to make, school has started so bear with me =))
Ja, mata ne~ (o^^o)/
My daily facial routine
Wednesday, 13 February 2013, ϟ 5 shout(s)
Many people have been asking me what is my daily facial regime. Before i continue, i must specify that i do not have perfect flawless skin, but i do my utmost best to keep my skin in the best condition. =)) I'm not sure if my regime will work as effectively on females but this works on me.
One important point to remember : applying more facial products does not mean better skin. Similarly, applying expensive products may not definitely give you better results. It depends entirely on your own skin condition and needs.
Okay, here's a short video of my daily facial regime, i do it when i wake up in the morning and in the evening before i go to bed.
Here's the list of products i use :
Coreana Facial wash
This toner also contains Powercell Essence and Botanical complex which enhances the skin's function to sustain watery ad healthy skin by 3-step moisturizing system. This toner helps in anti-aging and revitalizing the skin =))
Coreana Skin peeling solution
Skin peeling solution is the one where you see many promoters (often foreigners) standing around and pulling both uninterested and interested customers into their booth or store and applying the solution on your hand while distracting you with their well versed speech about the product. Anyway, it does serve it's purpose, it's a deep cleansing gel that removes old dirt. Also contains Powercell Essence and linolenic acid to help retain skin moisture even after cleansing.
What if my face gets oily when i'm outdoors?? I'll take out my handy dandy Gatsby facial wipes.
It instantly refreshes the skin and keeps it cool for a long time and wipes away dead skin cells. Main purpose to control oil and prevent unwanted stickiness on the face. This is very useful for me since my hair lies over some parts of my face and those areas get oily easily.
Okay, but what if a pimple does manage to get out?? I use Nexcare acne patch (for men, cos i'm one).
It's actually a skin-coloured plaster that you place directly over the pimple and it'll act like a sponge to absorb oily secretion, fluid or pus. Really effective, but the camouflaging purpose isn't really helpful, it's still pretty darn obvious that something's on your face. =(( However, i've been reading on a new dermatological concealer that functions as a pimple remover, once i've tried it i'll
And of course, the facial masks.
What type of facial mask you need depends on your skin, whether you need brightening, tightening, rejuvenating etc, for me i like a balance of everything. I get my masks from theFaceshop and Holika Holika =))
That's all for my facial routine, share it to help your friends too! And have a lovely Valentine's Day! =3
I wish i was an RPG Character

I wish i was a final fantasy character.. Oh wait, there's always cosplay! ANYWAYS..
So recently a friend of mine wanted a piano cover of the famous Square Enix Roleplaying game - Final Fantasy X's 'To Zarnakand' (Sheesh that was a mouthful), and i did make one. I haven't been playing any games for like 3 odd years now since i enlisted into the army and i must say, when i was playing the cover, memories were rushing in, tears were flowing down, clothes were coming off (no just kidding), but seriously, games, particularly RPGs (short for Roleplaying Games) were a big part of my life.
I remember like it was just yesterday, that my first RPG game was Suikoden II. I remember back then I was 10 and it was only the Playstation 1 (where MOST of the good games were made, no offense, now it's all graphics n less everything else). I recall back then game data were saved in 'memory cards' and at that time i didn't have 1, so everyday i would turn on the playstation and play my Suikoden to only get that far, before my mum would tell me to go study 2 hours later. Each day i got a little further, saw that save check point, but just couldn't save, i was sad.. until 2 weeks later when my mum got me a memory card. And since then i was truely absorbed into the game, the story, character building, there was so much emotions sometimes i cry playing the game! From that day i became an avid fan of RPGs, and hence started Final Fantasy, Breath of Fire etc.
Okay, sorry for the long boring post on my history with RPGs, here's a dessert i had recently at PAUL again!
Is that a smoked salmon behind?? Oh my gosh it is! yupp u can get salmon there too =))
And here's the piano cover, hope you guys like it =))
One sunny island to another

One sunny island to another, Kuala Lumpur !! at a scorching 30 degrees !!! good thing i stayed indoors =P
Chinese new year is round the corner and everywhere is decorated in red and gold !!
Sometimes the person you want the most, is the person you're best without~
Let's cross the bridge from China to Tokyo~
Lookie! a paw! =B
What better way to get into the Chinese new year mood then to have a Chinese feast at Din Tai Fung, a famous Chinese restaurant in Asia!
Doing what asians do best before eating, snap the sh*t out of every thing edible ( and cute )
And of course, the dish not to be missed, the Xiao Long Bao!
"Boy, there's a proper way to eat the Xiao Long Bao" said sis.
"You got to take a small bite, sip the soup inside, then eat the dumpling"
"Oh!" and I proceeded to put the whole thing in my mouth.
TEEHEE ! =B
There's literally a China built into Kuala Lumpur's shopping mall!
Decided to head to 'Delicious' at Mid Valley for dinner, i've read so many bad reviews about the place but it makes me want to try the place out all the more, to judge for myself =DD
Ordered a cup of earl grey tea, sadly it wasn't tea leaves but a tea bag =(( But the cookie is really nice though! =DD
Had myself a Char-grilled Sirloin steak with Balsamic Shallot sauce. I didn't know what the Balsamic Shallot sauce was so i questioned the waiter. To my disappointment, he didn't know either, hmmm.. =/
I think training is pretty important in every industry, employees should be well equipped with the knowledge of the line or at least the faculty that they're working in, otherwise who would educate enthusiastic patrons such as myself. I don't just wanna eat, i wanna know what i'm eating too.. maybe you're feeding me bad stuff ='(( *just kidding!* xP
Well at least the dish itself wasn't a disappointment ^^
And to end it off with a carrot cake, i love fruit cakes! I only took a bite out of it though, the rest was finished by my chubby of a sister.
"I'm not chubby!" *slaps*
Good night Malaysia, and the awesome ginormous Sephora.

Food n interior design is great, reminds me alot like buena vista in star cruise Virgo but ambience is not as peaceful n quiet.
PAUL is located at level 3 of takashimaya shopping centre =))
That being said, happy birthday Aki !!
I'll be going to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia tomorrow, let's pray the weather will be great yippeee!
A walk in the airport

What do you do when you have spare time waiting for your flight? hmmm..
Sporting light / pale coloured fashion recently as it's summer, don't wanna be a conductor xPP
Speaking of airport, here's a beautiful story to share~
The cookie thief
A woman was waiting at an airport one night, with several long hours before her flight. She hunted for a book in the airport shops, bought a bag of cookies and found a place to drop.
She was engrossed in her book but happened to see, that the man sitting beside her, as bold as could be. . .grabbed a cookie or two from the bag in between, which she tried to ignore to avoid a scene.
So she munched the cookies and watched the clock, as the gutsy cookie thief diminished her stock. She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by, thinking, “If I wasn’t so nice, I would blacken his eye.”
With each cookie she took, he took one too, when only one was left, she wondered what he would do. With a smile on his face, and a nervous laugh, he took the last cookie and broke it in half.
He offered her half, as he ate the other, she snatched it from him and thought… oooh, brother. This guy has some nerve and he’s also rude, why he didn’t even show any gratitude!
She had never known when she had been so galled, and sighed with relief when her flight was called. She gathered her belongings and headed to the gate, refusing to look back at the thieving ingrate.
She boarded the plane, and sank in her seat, then she sought her book, which was almost complete. As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise, there was her bag of cookies, in front of her eyes.
If mine are here, she moaned in despair, the others were his, and he tried to share. Too late to apologize, she realized with grief, that she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief.
